Hello all! Sorry its been awhile since my last post. I am getting a lot of other business parts up to date. I promise I’ll have some very fun stuff up this week. Keep reading!![]()
Seems like more and more I have been craving a new project, dreaming of creating a photo essay. Capturing it all on film…actual film! That smooth continuous tone that film gives, the excitement of picking up your prints, those perfect black & whites. But who, what, where?…time to go for a walk![]()
So here I sit, staring at my relic of a Nikon F60 and wondering if this film left in the body is still able to be processed?! I wonder if the contributing photographers at vewd.org started their journey somewhat similar. Sipping their instant coffee, flipping through old Photography books, National Geographic…reading random pages from their favourite books & authors…
to be continued…

I don’t normally comment on blogs.. But nice post! I just bookmarked your site
I am enjoying more and more the time I am getting to work in Studio. Controlled light…4 walls to keep me from lossing my gear and a stereo to plug my iPod in
…and beautiful subjects who allow me to be creative of course.
Thank you to Trina Brinks for hair and make-up and great direction. Jeff Chin for your invaluable Studio assistance and Creative Image Studios for your fabulous space!
Enjoy!

It was a beautiful, diffused light day in the Beach! And Jacqueline is the perfect model for such a cozy shoot. Enjoy.

You have decided on a photographer. You have a date made, studio booked, clothes picked out. These pictures are going to be gorgeous! One thing that should be top on your list? A Make-Up & Hair Artist. This will be the biggest difference in a shoot that is mediocre to a shoot that you will fall in love with.
I know it is not easy to find a talented make-up artist and I am often asked to refer one.
If you are in the Toronto area I can not recommend enough Trina Brinks 416-910-7485. From subtle to stunning her applications are amazing! Call her to book for your next Portrait, Event, Wedding or even a Trial session.
