Inspired…

Seems like more and more I have been craving a new project, dreaming of creating a photo essay. Capturing it all on film…actual film! That smooth continuous tone that film gives, the excitement of picking up your prints, those perfect black & whites. But who, what, where?…time to go for a walk;)

So here I sit, staring at my relic of a Nikon F60 and wondering if this film left in the body is still able to be processed?! I wonder if the contributing photographers at vewd.org started their journey somewhat similar. Sipping their instant coffee, flipping through old Photography books, National Geographic…reading random pages from their favourite books & authors…

to be continued…

Studio Shoot

I am enjoying more and more the time I am getting to work in Studio. Controlled light…4 walls to keep me from lossing my gear and a stereo to plug my iPod in;)…and beautiful subjects who allow me to be creative of course.

Thank you to Trina Brinks for hair and make-up and great direction. Jeff Chin for your invaluable Studio assistance and Creative Image Studios for your fabulous space!

Enjoy!
